Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWork Arrangement: On-site, 5 days a weekVisa Sponsorship: Not availableOverview:The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and overseeing End-User Services (EUS), server and network environments.The role will act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal delivery teams, ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of server hardware, data centre operations, infrastructure and network fundamentals, incident management, and stakeholder management.Strategy & Service Delivery Excellence:Identify challenges and improvement opportunities within existing service delivery operations.Identify potential areas for new business offerings and service capabilities.Define and implement new service delivery methodologies.Assess the skills and capabilities of delivery managers and identify development requirements.Establish clear performance benchmarks, targets, and success criteria to measure delivery effectiveness.Technical Skills & Infrastructure Knowledge:Strong knowledge of server hardware across multiple vendors.Experience with remote server management tools.Understanding of software and hardware RAID configurations.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network fundamentals, including network topology.Knowledge of data centre operations and infrastructure management.Business Development:Understand new business opportunities, business cases, and client requirements.Develop appropriate organisational structures and effective service delivery solutions.Present and demonstrate delivery methodologies to prospective clients.Develop cost estimates and pricing models for new business opportunities.
