We are hiring- Infrastructure Support Specialist (5+ Years Experience)🧑 💻 Role Overview We are hiring an Infrastructure Support Specialist to coordinate operations and support senior engineers, while handling standard technical tasks independently. As a partner of leading HR technology vendors and with an international presence, HR Path provides employees the opportunity to work in a global, collaborative, and business-focused environment.✅ Key Responsibilities Act as main coordination point between support teams and infra experts Track incidents, requests, and ensure resolution follow-up Perform technical operations: VM provisioning and lifecycle (VMware) Admin of Linux & Windows environments Monitoring and alert handling (Nagios / Grafana) Handle Level 2 support autonomously Manage: Patch deployment and upgrades Vulnerability remediation (Tenable) Support operations on: Fortinet firewalls Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Perform basic troubleshooting on: AD / DNS / domain issues Web services (Apache, Nginx) Databases (MySQL, SQL Server) Maintain documentation and suggest improvements 🛠️ Required Skills Strong experience with: Active Directory, DNS, domain management Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 Linux (RedHat, Debian) VMware Good knowledge of: Apache, Nginx MySQL / SQL Server Monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana) Understanding of: Firewall (Fortinet) Vulnerability tools (Tenable) Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Scripting (PowerShell / Bash) is a plus 🎯 Profile 5+ years experience in infra / sysadmin Strong coordination + execution mindset Structured and reliable Good communication with multi-team environments
