Senior Software Engineer – .NET / AzureHouston, Texas – West Houston / Energy Corridor100% Onsite | Full-time Position | Confidential SearchCompensation: $90,000 – $110,000 salary per year, depending on experienceFLUENCY IN BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH IS REQUIREDDue to the international scope of the position and regular interaction with teams based in the United States and Europe, full professional proficiency in both French and English is an essential requirement for this role.The OpportunityAs part of the continued expansion of its technology capabilities, our client, an established international organization with operations in the United States, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in .NET / Microsoft Azure technologies.Based in Houston, Texas, you will join a technology team responsible for developing and supporting business-critical applications that are central to the company's operations.We are looking for a highly hands-on engineer who enjoys staying close to the code, while taking increasing technical ownership and contributing to application architecture, scalability, security, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, with responsibilities including:Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions;Develop and enhance business-critical applications built in-house;Write clean, secure, maintainable, and high-performing code;Translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions;Contribute to architectural decisions and the continuous improvement of technical standards;Actively participate in software development within an Agile environment;Implement and promote software development and automated testing best practices;Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD and DevOps processes;Optimize application and system performance;Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;Document technical solutions and promote knowledge sharing;Contribute to project planning, estimation, and successful delivery;Collaborate closely with local and international technology teams.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of professional .NET development experience;Strong hands-on expertise in C# / .NET;Significant experience developing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure;Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices, particularly using Azure DevOps;Experience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and/or Test-Driven Development (TDD);Familiarity with Azure services including AKS, Functions, App Services, and Azure Search;Experience working with service-oriented architectures;Strong knowledge of SQL / Azure SQL Server;Experience developing and deploying containerized applications;A strong focus on code quality, application performance, security, and maintainability.Location & CompensationWest Houston – Westway Park / Energy Corridor, Texas100% onsite – regular presence at the Houston office is required$90,000 – $110,000 annual salary, depending on experienceFull professional proficiency in BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH is a mandatory requirement for this position.All applications will be handled with the strictest confidentiality.
