Key ResponsibilitiesPrepares activities for promoting a culture of innovation within the energy system.Participates in the process of increasing the competitiveness of innovations locally and globally.Prepares activities to support innovations in participating in global competitions and conferences.Coordinates activities to encourage talents and innovators in the energy field and support them in developing and disseminating their innovations.Assists in activities to enhance the Kingdom’s position in relevant global indicators in the field of innovations.Prepares activities related to monitoring global indicators and tracking modern innovations in the energy field.Coordinates activities for adopting modern innovations in the energy field.Participates in activities to identify best practices and innovations in the energy field.Assists in activities related to serving as a liaison between the organization and all specialized entities and research centers regarding topics related to innovation and development.Assists in coordination and communication activities with entities capable of supporting innovations in the energy fields to connect them with stakeholders.Complies with the organization’s work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent in fields related to the job.
