Innovation Manager

Area of responsibilities :Nature of the Job:This position is responsible for working on business improvement related activities related to M/s KPIL. Candidate is expected to work with various teams on continuous improvement initiatives to deliver result on consistent basis.Basic Tasks:Work on strategic initiatives across group companiesWork with business teams to design & implement various improvement activities like operational process improvement activities, site productivity improvement, material management, identification & implementation of automation & mechanization initiatives, exploring new technologies in construction, impacting business resultsEnsure seamless implementation of all above activities across various businesses of the organization.Identify improvement opportunities for business with in-depth study of processes, data analysis and discussion business stakeholdersAssessment of business impact of the identified improvement opportunityEstimate the benefits out of above initiatives and present it to senior managementAnalysis of business data to identify key trendsCreation of customized tool / reports / tracking of multiple initiativesThe position will based out of Mumbai but will require travelling to project sites
