INNOVATION PROGRAM MANAGER - MUST BE CInP OR GInI CERTIFIED

Role DescriptionThe INNOVATION PROGRAM MANAGER at WithGrowth will design, lead, and manage structured innovation programs for clients, ensuring alignment with their growth objectives and strategic priorities.This is a part-time, hybrid role (some days in-office, some days from home) based in Riyadh, where the program manager will coordinate program initiatives, facilitate workshops, idea generation sessions, and innovation sprints, and coordinate cross-functional teams to move concepts from ideation to validation. The role includes developing innovation frameworks and roadmaps, setting clear success metrics, and overseeing rapid testing and experimentation cycles.The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data specialists, prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes, and advise client leadership on innovation governance and portfolio management.QualificationsCertified Innovation Professional (CInP) or Global Innovation Institute (GInI) certification, with proven experience in planning and managing innovation programs.Strong skills in innovation frameworks, portfolio management, and experimentation methods, including designing and running pilots and rapid tests.Ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.Experience in strategy development, growth planning, and using data and insights to prioritize and refine innovation initiatives.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication skillsBackground in business, innovation management, entrepreneurship, product management, or a related field; bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.Comfort working on-site with clients in Riyadh, with a hands-on, resourceful approach and a strong focus on measurable impact and outcomes.
