🗂 We’re Hiring: Innovative Design Thinker🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a creative, strategic, and user-focused Innovative Design Thinker to transform complex business challenges into innovative, practical, and user-centered solutions. This role will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and business teams to identify opportunities, explore new ideas, and develop solutions that improve customer experiences and support business growth.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Apply design thinking methodologies to identify and solve complex business and customer challenges.• Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to understand customer needs and behaviors.• Translate user insights, business requirements, and market trends into innovative solution concepts.• Develop customer journey maps, personas, user flows, experience maps, and problem statements.• Facilitate brainstorming, ideation, design thinking workshops, and innovation sessions.• Generate and evaluate multiple concepts based on user needs, business value, feasibility, and scalability.• Develop prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and proof-of-concept solutions to validate ideas.• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Developers, Marketing teams, and business stakeholders.• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve proposed solutions.• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, and customer experiences.• Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive insights to support innovation initiatives.• Support product innovation, service design, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects.• Present design concepts, research findings, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.• Balance user experience, technical feasibility, business objectives, cost, and operational requirements when developing solutions.• Develop and maintain design research, innovation documentation, project materials, and knowledge repositories.• Monitor emerging technologies, design trends, consumer behaviors, and innovation methodologies.• Support the implementation and measurement of innovative solutions from concept through execution.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in design thinking, innovation, UX, product design, service design, business analysis, or a related field.• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, User-Centered Design, and innovation methodologies.• Experience conducting user research, customer discovery, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing.• Strong ability to translate complex problems into clear opportunities and actionable solutions.• Experience creating personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, or experience maps.• Strong creative, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, and Business functions.• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup, product development, or digital transformation methodologies is preferred.• Strong ability to evaluate ideas based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and scalability.• Ability to manage multiple innovation projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Design, UX/UI Design, Innovation, Business, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant certifications in Design Thinking, UX, Innovation Management, Agile, Product Management, or Service Design are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to solve complex business and customer challenges through innovative design approaches.• Exposure to product innovation, user experience, digital transformation, service design, and business strategy.• Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior business leaders.• Career progression into Senior Design Thinker, Innovation Consultant, UX Strategist, Service Designer, Product Innovation Manager, Design Strategy Manager, or Head of Innovation roles.• A creative, collaborative, and innovation-focused work environment.• Access to design tools, training, workshops, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
