Capital & FundraisingInvest personally as a Co-FounderSupport future fundraising (VCs, family offices, PE, strategic partners)Help structure funding rounds, valuations, and investor relations3. Business ScalingScale sourcing (boats, farms, contract farming)Scale processing, cold-chain, and logistics infrastructureExpand B2B and B2C distribution (retail, horeca, export markets)4. Market ExpansionDrive expansion across India (new cities, kiosks, warehouses)Lead or support international market entry (Middle East, Europe, USA)Build strategic partnerships with retailers, exporters, and institutions5. Operational ExcellenceImprove margins through better procurement, yield management, and loss reductionStrengthen quality systems, traceability, and complianceBuild scalable SOPs and governance frameworks6.
