Inpatient Pharmacy Manager

Inpatient Pharmacy Manager Location - Seattle, WashingtonSalary Range - $231,000 – $253,000 / yr$20,000 Sign-On Bonus Job Details - Lead inpatient pharmacy operations and strategic initiatives across acute-care pharmacy practice settings.Oversee pharmacy quality, regulatory compliance, medication safety, and operational performance.Partner with pharmacy, physician, nursing, and other clinical leaders to implement strategic priorities.Lead and develop pharmacy supervisors and teams, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.Drive drug-use management, formulary initiatives, medication education, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care programs.Monitor drug supply trends and support strategic inventory and medication management initiatives.Ensure compliance with DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, HIPAA, accreditation standards, and applicable regulations.Opportunity to shape pharmacy operations and clinical programs supporting the expansion of inpatient services, including a new critical care unit.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree (e.g., Bachelors of Pharmacy from a School of Pharmacy) AND completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY1) residency at time of hire AND minimum three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacist Intern in pharmacy or a directly related field OR Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree (e.g., Bachelors of Pharmacy from a School of Pharmacy) AND minimum five (5) years of experience as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacist Intern in pharmacy or a directly related field.Minimum two (2) year of experience managing operational or project budgets.Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.Pharmacist License (Washington) required at hireNational Provider Identifier within 6 months of hire
