Experience with developing, implementing, and updating clinical workflowsPreferred or Nice-to-have SkillsCompletion of a PGY1 or PGY2 residency.Experience in working in a Union environment.Experience in working with Critical Care/ICU, Med-Surg, Infusion and Emergency Room/Urgent CareExperience with hospital expansion effortsYears of Experience: 5yrs of experience as a Pharmacist 2yrs of managing operational/project budgets 3yrs in a leadership role with direct reports (having a solid line of reporting and having the ability to hire/fire)Industry Experience: inpatient pharmacy, specifically in an acute hospital settingEducation Requirements: Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or equivalentIdeal Profile: An ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a 24/7/365 hospital setting, which includes managing various levels of direct reports (Pharmacists, Interns, Pharmacy Technicians, etc.).
