We provide customers with practical storage solutions while focusing on reliable products, clear communication and responsive after-sales support.We are looking for an organized, customer-focused and dependable Inside Sales & Order Coordinator to support customers from their initial inquiry through quotation, order confirmation, delivery coordination and after-sales follow-up.This position combines inside sales, customer service and order administration. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers by phone, explaining product information, preparing quotations and coordinating orders with internal staff, warehouses and delivery providers.Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and SalesAnswer incoming telephone calls, emails, website inquiries and customer messages professionally and promptly.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable shed models, sizes, materials and available options.Explain product features, pricing, availability, delivery options, warranty coverage and company policies accurately.Prepare clear and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.Follow up with prospective customers regarding outstanding quotations and purchase decisions.Build positive customer relationships and provide a helpful, low-pressure sales experience.Identify appropriate opportunities for additional products or services without using misleading or high-pressure sales practices.Maintain current knowledge of Maple Sheds products, promotions, inventory and delivery procedures.Order Processing and CoordinationCreate, review and process customer orders accurately.Verify product models, quantities, prices, discounts, customer contact information, delivery addresses and payment status before confirming orders.Send order confirmations, invoices, receipts and other required documents to customers.Coordinate orders with inventory, warehouse, management and delivery personnel.Confirm product availability and communicate expected pickup or delivery timelines.Schedule customer pickups and coordinate deliveries with freight companies, couriers or other transportation providers.Monitor active orders and promptly inform customers about delays, availability changes or delivery issues.Maintain organized records of quotations, deposits, payments, orders, deliveries and customer communications.Assist with order changes, cancellations and refunds in accordance with company authorization and policies.After-Sales SupportRespond to customer questions after delivery in a professional and solution-focused manner.Collect relevant information and photographs for damaged, missing or incorrect product-part claims.Create and maintain service or warranty case records.Coordinate replacement parts or other approved solutions with management, suppliers, warehouse staff and customers.Clearly explain warranty procedures and customer responsibilities without making unauthorized promises or commitments.Escalate complex complaints, legal concerns, payment disputes or unusual warranty requests to management.Administration and ReportingEnter and update information in the company’s customer relationship management system, point-of-sale system, spreadsheets or other order-management tools.Keep customer records, sales notes and order statuses complete and accurate.Track sales inquiries, quotations, follow-up activities, confirmed orders and outstanding customer issues.Prepare basic sales and order reports for management.Assist with updating product information, price lists, frequently asked questions and customer communication templates.Support other reasonable administrative and customer-service duties related to company operations.QualificationsPrevious experience in sales, customer service, order processing, retail, construction products, home-improvement products or a related position is preferred.Experience gained outside Canada and transferable experience will be considered.Secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Strong telephone, email and in-person communication skills.Ability to explain product information clearly and professionally.Strong attention to detail, especially when entering customer information, prices, quantities and delivery details.Ability to organize multiple customer inquiries and orders at the same time.Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, point-of-sale systems or customer management software.Able to work independently while communicating effectively with management, warehouse personnel and delivery providers.Reliable, punctual and committed to following through on customer requests.Able to remain professional when dealing with customer complaints or changing delivery circumstances.Legally entitled to work in Canada.Additional language skills and previous experience with outdoor products, storage products, building materials or logistics are considered assets but are not required.Performance ExpectationsSuccess in this position will
