Inside Sales Engineer

Job DescriptionThis is a key role to provide exemplary levels of service to our customers by managing RFQ’s and orders from receipt through to delivery. Work with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure the customer’ requirements are met in full. Ensure that the customer is kept always updated on RFQ and order developments whilst managing any issues in a proactive manner.Reporting to the Customer service manager, in this role you will quote customer RFQ’s and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood, liaise and use negotiation skills with both customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirements.In this role you will manage and effectively execute customer orders, from contract review through to collaboration with factory and engineering department to ensure accurate delivery.
