We're growing fast and looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to convert prospective students into enrolled learners.Role Overview As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students — understanding their career goals, advising them on our Digital Marketing and AI certification courses, and converting inquiries into paid enrollments. This is a consultative inside sales role: part career guidance, part revenue target. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on inside sales / in-house sales experience — not field sales, agency, or channel sales background.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, web inquiries) and counsel prospects on our Digital Marketing and AI certification coursesExplain course curriculum, outcomes, and career pathways to prospective studentsConvert consultations into paid enrollments and meet monthly admission/revenue targetsFollow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the decision cycleMaintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRMCoordinate with the marketing team on lead quality feedbackRepresent IIDMS at education fairs, corporate outreach events, and webinars as neededRequirements1–3 years of inside sales experience is mandatory (ed-tech, academic counseling, or course/certification sales strongly preferred) — please do not apply without inside sales background.
