• Identify and prospect Pharma & Life Sciences companies
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Connect with stakeholders across R&D, QA, QC, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Manage follow-ups and CRM activities effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and pipeline growthWhat We’re Looking For✔️ 2–6 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development✔️ Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, CRO, Lab, or Testing Services preferred✔️ Strong cold calling, communication, and follow-up skills✔️ Target-driven, persistent, and commercially focused mindset✔️ Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers✔️ Willing to work on-site and travel for client meetings when required📩 Interested?
