This is a hands-on, phone-based sales role — not a management position — ideal for someone who thrives on outbound calling, converting inbound enquiries, and building long-term customer relationships.What You'll DoMake outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.Convert inbound enquiries into sales.Manage customer follow-up to drive retention and repeat business.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.What We're Looking ForProven phone-based sales experience — inside sales, telesales, or SDR background.Clear, professional English communication skills.Hands-on CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce)Background in health, wellness, consumer goods, or a related sector preferred.Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven, fully onsite environment.Available to start on short notice.DetailsLocation: Phoenix, Arizona (100% onsite)Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/weekCompensation: Competitive hourly base + uncapped commissionInterested to explore the role?
