Arcom Freight Solution is Growing and We’re Hiring!We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our growing team in Vancouver.We’re looking for someone who is energetic, sharp, organized, proactive, and naturally great with people, someone who knows how to build relationships, communicate with customers, and turn opportunities into business.What you’ll be doing:• Develop and nurture new customer relationships• Follow up with existing leads and proactively generate new opportunities• Build strong, long-term customer relationships• Support revenue growth through business development and customer engagement• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to keep shipments and logistics moving smoothly• Understand the fundamentals of international trade and logistics so you can confidently communicate what we offer and how the process worksWhat we’re looking for:• Previous experience in international trade, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry is highly preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills• Fast learner who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment• Commercially minded and motivated by results• Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers• A proactive personality — someone who sees an opportunity and goes after itMost importantly, we’re looking for someone with energy, ambition, and the desire to grow with the business.If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, building business, and being part of a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Interested?
