Your day-to-day will include:Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with product information, quotes, order status, and technical guidanceProviding exceptional customer service with a positive, solutions‑oriented approachPreparing and following up on sales quotes, pricing, and order entryWorking closely with production, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliverySupporting contractors, distributors, architects, and project managers with product specificationsMaintaining CRM records, tracking customer interactions, and nurturing repeat businessAssisting walk‑in customers (if applicable) and supporting team sales initiativesProblem‑solving customer needs with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For:Strong inside sales experience, ideally in:ConstructionBuilding materialsManufacturingMetal fabricationOr similar industrial/technical environmentsAbility to read basic measurements and perform simple math for quotes & material calculationsExcellent customer service and communication skills—phone, email, and writtenSolid computer skills (CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets)Have a keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving abilitiesProfessional, courteous, and dependable attitudeBonus Experience:Familiarity with architectural metals or commercial productsPrevious work supporting contractors, project managers, or spec-driven salesUnderstanding of order processing, quoting, or technical product supportInterested in hearing more?
