Inside Sales Representative

Seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position serves as a critical link between customers, outside sales representatives, operations, purchasing, and shipping to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient order fulfillment.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced industrial sales environment, enjoys building customer relationships, has strong organizational skills, and takes ownership of every order from quote to delivery.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMinimum of two (2) years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experienceExperience processing customer orders in an ERP or business management systemProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Experience in industrial, construction, tooling, manufacturing industries or pneumatic tooling.Deep knowledge of order management, customer service, and sales support processesCRM software experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service & Sales SupportAnswer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely mannerDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and outsProvide product recommendations, pricing, availability, and technical informationGenerate and follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into ordersIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products that add value to the customerSupport outside sales representatives by managing daily customer requests and account activitiesOrder ManagementAccurately enter customer orders into the ERP systemReview orders for pricing, specifications, delivery requirements, and accuracyConfirm order details and communicate lead times to customersMonitor open orders and proactively communicate status updatesTeam CollaborationWork closely with outside sales representatives to support territory growthCollaborate with internal organization to improve customer satisfactionParticipate in sales meetings and product trainingShare market intelligence and customer feedback with managementAdministrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate customer informationProcess returns, credits, and warranty requestsAssist with process improvementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
