Inside Sales Representative - Istanbul HQWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our leading electronic components distributor company. As a inside sales representative, you will be the first point of contact who is responsible for following up with existing customers, closing sales and generating new leads,Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries via email, phone or chat about our products and services.- Process orders, quotes, deliveries, returns, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.- Collaborate with the field sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy..- Maintain and update customer records in our systems- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.- Stay updated on our product features, specifications, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields- Previous experience as a Customer Service / Sales Representative or similar role- Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Knowledge/experience in electronic components, applications, and markets- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and other business related IT platoforms- Fluent in English and Turkish.
