Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ yearsEducation: Graduate / Bachelor’s degreeLocation Requirement: Must currently reside in the GTA, CanadaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our e-commerce sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads generated through our website and e-commerce channels, with a focus on customers across Canada and the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and qualify inbound leads received through website and e-commerce channels.Contact prospects by phone, email and online communication.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.Manage leads and customer information through CRM systems.Build strong relationships with customers across Canada and the U.S.Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to improve lead conversion.Track sales activity, follow-ups and conversion performance.Requirements3+ years of experience in inside sales, e-commerce sales, or B2B/B2C sales.Must currently reside in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.Graduate / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Strong experience handling website and inbound leads.Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.Experience selling to customers in Canada and/or the United States.Strong understanding of e-commerce and online customer journeys.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is preferred.Target-driven, organised and confident in handling customers over phone, email and online channels.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to send their CV/resume to:Email: hr@douxtch.comSubject Line: Inside Sales Rep
