They are a rapidly growing business thanks to the excellence of the products that they offer their clients and the lengths that they go to in ensuring clients are completely satisfied with the service that they provide. They are currently growing their team of inside sales execs by opening a new office in Torrance. Role Description: The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role. Focused on engaging prospective clients and supporting clients' offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships. The role involves preparing and delivering sales conversations and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Inside Sales Specialist becomes the trusted voice our clients turn to. You’ll manage a warm, engaged client base, introduce them to exclusive new ranges as they launch, and grow relationships that last a lifetime. What You'll be doing: • Speaking with warm, engaged clients over the phone — handling inbound enquiries and proactively reaching out with new releases and offers.• Bringing our ranges to life for collectors: sharing the history and rarity behind each release so clients understand exactly why it’s worth owning.• Building genuine, long-term relationships with your own client base, becoming their trusted point of contact at every stage of their collection.• Listening to what each collector is after and matching them with the range or piece that suits their interests and budget.• Following up promptly on enquiries and call-backs, generating new business and reactivating lapsed leads to help grow business.• Becoming a genuine product specialist and working towards clear productivity and sales targets, with plenty of support to help you hit them. We're looking for: • At least 2 years’ experience in telephone sales, with a track record of negotiating well and turning objections into outcomes.• Confident, clear verbal communication — you’re comfortable building rapport quickly over the phone.• A genuine flair for customer service, with the patience and warmth to put clients at ease.• Strong organisational skills — you can juggle multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball.• A self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive attitude, happy to pitch in across the department.Earning potential:This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is truly driven, hard working and genuinely money motivated!Average Year 1 OTE - $100,000Average Year 2 OTE - $180,000Average Year 3 OTE - $220,000
