Inside Sales SpecialistThis will start as a 12 month contract opportunity. There is a strong possibility to extend or turn into a full time/permanent position.This is an in-office position, 5 days per week.The office is in Mississauga, very close to the airport.Job description:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist who loves staying organized, solving problems, and being the person everyone can count on.As part of our collaborative, fast-moving team, you’ll play a key role in supporting distributors, sales teams, and technicians—helping keep everything moving smoothly from accurate quoting and order coordination through to on-time delivery.This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in streamlining sales operations, supporting customer satisfaction, and driving internal alignment.Responsibilities:Process incoming distributor orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring everything isaligned for timely deliveryManage and organize key order documentation through SharePoint and internal toolsUse Excel to build templates, manage pricing and order data, and create reportsWork cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer SupportEnsure technicians have the right product info, pricing, and delivery timelinesMonitor sales trends and provide insight to improve forecasting and inventory planningSpot inefficiencies and propose better ways to do things—your voice matters hereSupport day-to-day sales admin functions including pricing, reporting, and forecastingKeep detailed records of customer interactions, order status, and historyDesired skills & experience:Advanced Excel skills (you know your way around formulas and pivot tables)Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 toolsYou’re a team player who’s also comfortable taking ownershipAnalytical mindset; you ask why and find better ways to work"Nice-to-have" experience:Any knowledge or experience with "point of sale" systemsExperience with ERP or CRM platformsWorking knowledge of sales cycles and operationsComfortable analyzing and working with "Data"$30 - $35 per hourFlexible related to experienceIf you're interested, please apply with your resume.If you're a strong fit, I will be in contact quickly with additional information and next steps.Best regards,
