Inside Sales Support/ Sales Coordinator- Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities

Managing order processes, including booking purchase orders, monitoring delivery dates, and proactively managing request dates to meet Partners and customer expectations.Interfacing with Partner Parts and Aftermarket Sales managers/ Logistics teams for orders received, input orders in C4C, create tasks for the logistics team to book in SAP, and follow up to ensure orders are booked in a timely manner.Verifying accurate information on product pricing in Orders received, availability, and details using iQ2 and other resources.Maintaining customer records and adhering to defined protocols for recording interactions including Ensuring that the incoterms and payment terms are input correctly.Creating and maintaining service contracts (if any) with our partners, managing partner consignment stocks, and ensuring accurate invoicing.Providing necessary communication and conducting correspondence with distributors.
