Our PackPower Score™ is the industry standard metric for packaging design, linking directly to sales to predict pack performance.Desired Skills and Experience4+ years of market research experience and/or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related disciplineAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously2+ years of experience training and mentoring teamsProven experience consulting and interfacing with clientsA flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think creatively and strategicallyStrong detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple work streamsNatural curiosity and a can-do attitudeCuriosity about emerging technologies and AI, with the ability to evaluate their relevance and impact (no coding required).Comfort with digital research platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools for interpreting and communicating data-driven findings.Experience working in or with subscription-based data or SaaS environments is a plus.What You Will Do as a Key Member of Our TeamOversee end-to-end research execution (Quant, Qual) from kick-off through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.Ensure quality across all deliverables by reviewing questionnaires, guides, data outputs, and reports to drive continuous improvement.Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and present them compellingly—demonstrating methodological knowledge and linking results directly to client strategy..Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional development and ensuring the highest quality standards.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep initiatives on track, while setting up projects in internal systems and briefing execution teams.Participate in client calls to advise on solutions and ensure projects deliver actionable outcomes.Proactively engage client contacts by sharing updates (e.g., industry news, new methodologies) and maintaining strong relationships.Leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance research design, data synthesis, and storytelling.Champion a commercial mindset—linking insights recommendations to business impact, client growth, and measurable ROI.Collaborate cross-functionally to explore new subscription and platform-based insights offerings that scale across clients and categories.What You'll Enjoy as Part of the Team:We know people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and valued.
