INSPECTOR / STOREKEEPER

📢 WE’RE HIRING | INSPECTOR / STOREKEEPER 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏢 Company: Veraspec Technical Services LLC 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-focused Inspector / Storekeeper to take responsibility for the control, inspection, traceability, and inventory management of our rope access equipment, fall-protection gear, and other operational equipment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage the check-in and check-out of equipment issued to technicians and projects. 🔹 Inspect rope access and fall-protection equipment and ensure items are properly tagged and recorded. 🔹 Identify and quarantine damaged, expired, or non-compliant equipment and coordinate its retirement from service. 🔹 Maintain an accurate equipment register and full equipment traceability. 🔹 Conduct regular stock counts, inventory checks, and coordinate equipment reorders. 🔹 Maintain inspection certificates, equipment records, and supporting documentation. 🔹 Ensure records and equipment controls are maintained in readiness for IRATA and ISO 9001 audits. 🔹 Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records using Excel and Odoo.

Requirements

Current and valid IRATA certification – Level 1, 2, or 3. Experience in the inspection of rope access and/or fall-protection equipment. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in rope access, height safety, equipment inspection, or storekeeping.Strong attention to detail and understanding of equipment traceability. Good record-keeping and inventory-control skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems. Based in the UAE or available to relocate to Dubai. Advantageous Qualifications / Experience:LEEA certification or relevant PPE/manufacturer inspection training. Previous experience supporting high-rise, façade, or rope access operations in the GCC.
