The RoleWe are seeking a highly meticulous Instagram Content & Aesthetic person. This role is not for a beginner or an intern looking to experiment. You must possess a ruthless eye for high-end aesthetics, luxury pacing, and flawless execution. If a video is sub-standard, out of focus, or off-brand, you are the person who refuses to post it. You will be responsible for curating, editing, and publishing content that aligns 1:1 with our titanium brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Grid Architecture: Curate and maintain a flawless, visually cohesive Instagram grid that breathes luxury, sophistication, and authority.High-End Video Execution: Edit short-form video content (Reels) with precise pacing, high-resolution clarity, and premium audio syncing.Quality Control (The Perimeter): Act as the final gatekeeper for all visual content. Ensure zero sub-standard, off-brand, or careless media ever makes it to the public feed.Brand Voice & Copywriting: Draft clean, compelling, and authoritative captions that speak directly to a luxury consumer. No fluff, no desperation—just quiet confidence.Strategic Scheduling: Manage the content calendar and publish consistently, understanding the optimal timing for a premium audience.The Non-Negotiables (Requirements)Proven Luxury/Beauty Experience: You must have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to curate and edit for luxury, fashion, or premium beauty brands.Technical Proficiency: Flawless execution in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent high-end editing software.Microscopic Attention to Detail: You notice when a font is a millimeter off-center, when lighting washes out a product, and when a transition feels cheap.Autonomous Execution: You do not need to be micromanaged.
