Instagram-TikTok - SMM Specialist In Jewelry Company

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.This is not only a behind-the-scenes social media position. You must be comfortable, confident, and natural on camera, including speaking, presenting, and modeling our jewelry in videos and Reels.ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other platformsBe comfortable speaking and modeling on cameraResearch trending and viral content and recreate it in our own Virabyani/jewelry styleDevelop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and video ideasAnalyze Reels and TikTok performance to understand what content works and whyStay current with social media trends, algorithms, formats, sounds, and strategiesWork directly with influencers and content creators, including outreach and collaborationsCoordinate influencer campaigns and collect usable contentProvide strong photo and video content to our marketing and advertising teamHelp develop and maintain a consistent, premium brand image across social mediaMonitor performance and continuously test new content strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and salesRequirementsPrevious experience with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and social media content creationStrong understanding of viral content and current social media trendsMust be comfortable appearing and speaking on cameraConfident personality with strong communication skillsCreative mindset and ability to generate new content ideas consistentlyBasic understanding of video creation/editing and content productionExperience working with influencers is strongly preferredExperience with fashion, jewelry, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plusIMPORTANT — When ApplyingPlease include:Examples of social media pages you have managed in the past or are currently managing.
