We are seeking a practical, safety-conscious, and service-oriented candidate with strong technical fundamentals and hands-on ability to support the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of industrial equipment, including wiring machines, gas-handling equipment, and high-voltage test kits. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop through structured technical and manufacturer training.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission and maintain equipment at customer sites after completing the required training.Carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective repairs on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.Support equipment setup, functional checks and fault diagnosis in coordination with manufacturers.Provide customers with basic equipment operation and routine maintenance training.Respond to service requests and coordinate spare parts requirements and technical support.Prepare installation reports, service reports and maintenance records.Follow applicable safety procedures, including those for high-voltage testing and gas-handling equipment.Attend technical training and progressively develop the ability to handle service assignments independently.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Industrial Training Institute (ITI) qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related discipline. Engineering graduates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.Hands-on experience in CNC or industrial machine installation, operation and maintenance is preferred.Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, sensors, motors and control systems.Ability to use basic electrical measuring instruments and maintenance tools.Previous experience with wiring machines, SF6 gas-handling equipment or high-voltage test kits would be an advantage but is not mandatory; product-specific training will be provided.Basic English communication skills and the ability to understand technical manuals.Willingness to travel for customer support and technical training.A valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
