This position is responsible for coordinating end-to-end installation activities, including scheduling, site preparations, material deliveries, and quality checks. The role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and in line with design specifications. The Installation Coordinator QS monitors progress on site, updates documentation and reports, and addresses any issues or changes that arise during installation. The position also supports quantity surveying tasks such as verifying measurements, tracking quantities, and contributing to cost control and project documentation.QualificationsStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple installation projects simultaneously.Experience in Training team members or site staff on processes, standards, or installation best practices.Background in interior fit-out, furniture installation, or related fields; experience in quantity surveying or project coordination is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with project management tools.Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
