You will be responsible for daily crew execution, quality standards, and on-site problem resolution — leading multiple installation teams simultaneously and reporting to the Installation Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise multiple installation crews across client sitesEnsure daily installation plans are delivered on time and to Faham's quality standardAllocate manpower based on workload and individual capabilityIdentify and resolve site issues quickly to prevent delaysCoach and develop installers on the jobMaintain accountability, discipline, and professionalism across all crewsProvide clear progress updates to the Installation ManagerRequirements4–8 years of experience in furniture, doors, closets, kitchens, joinery, or fit-out installationMinimum 1–3 years leading installation teams or crewsStrong technical knowledge of installation quality standardsExperience managing multiple crews simultaneously is preferredUAE or GCC experience is an advantage
