Through its specialist divisions Secura, Structura, and Integra, the company is committed to building safe, sustainable, and smart infrastructure for future generations.Role Description This full-time, on-site Installer role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Installer will work on the implementation of infrastructure solutions, including the installation, alignment, and secure fixing of system components in line with project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing work areas, handling tools and equipment, following installation procedures, coordinating with site supervisors and engineering teams, and documenting work completed. The role also involves conducting basic quality checks, supporting testing and commissioning activities, reporting issues or defects, and adhering to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements on site. The Installer will collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure timely, accurate, and safe execution of projects across Invicta ANARA’s specialist divisions.Qualifications Practical skills in installation, assembly, and basic mechanical or electrical fitting, with the ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.Experience working on construction, industrial, or infrastructure project sites, preferably within sectors such as transport, oil and gas, industrial facilities, or data centres.Strong understanding of workplace safety practices, use of PPE, and familiarity with site HSE procedures and risk assessments.Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and other site personnel, and for reporting progress or issues clearly.Attention to detail, reliability, and a methodical approach to following procedures and quality standards.Willingness to work on-site in varying environmental conditions and to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.Relevant technical diploma, vocational qualification, or trade certification in a construction, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline is preferred.Prior experience in installation roles within fire, security, structural, or smart infrastructure systems is an
