• Proven experience teaching Pearson BTEC Management / Business Management programmes up to Level 5
• Strong understanding of Pearson BTEC assessment standards, learning outcomes and assignment requirements
• Qualified Assessor with a recognised Assessor Certificate
• Qualified Internal Verifier (IV/IQA) with a recognised IV/IQA Certificate
• Experience in assessment, feedback, evidence verification and maintaining learner portfolios
• Familiarity with Pearson quality assurance and academic compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, teaching and learner-support skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging BTEC Management classes
• Guide students through assignments and assessments
• Assess learner work in accordance with Pearson standards
• Maintain accurate academic and assessment documentation
• Support internal verification and quality assurance processes
