Senior Non-Key Expert – Institutional CooperationNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Institutional Cooperation to support technical assistance assignments related to institutional cooperation, peer-to-peer exchanges between public administrations, TAIEX and Twinning instruments, expert missions, study visits, and institutional capacity development.Qualifications and SkillsMaster’s degree in international relations, European studies, public administration, law, political science, or a related field.English: C1 level.Arabic is an asset.Professional ExperienceAt least 7 years of relevant professional experience.Experience facilitating institutional cooperation between public administrations.Experience with TAIEX, Twinning and/or similar peer-to-peer institutional cooperation instruments.Experience organising expert missions, institutional exchanges and study visits.Experience providing training, capacity building sessions is desired.Knowledge of EU institutions and Member State public administrations.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send to recruitment@ntu.eu.
