Apply & track with Apply EdgeInstitutional Sales Executive — Crypto / FinTechDubai | Full-time | Base + High CommissionRiskLoom is a Dubai-based technology company building structural risk intelligence for crypto perpetual-futures markets.Our technology helps institutional market participants identify structural leverage pressure and liquidation/cascade risk before forced flows fully reach the market.We are now expanding our commercial team and looking for high-energy, commercially aggressive salespeople who want significant upside for producing results.What you’ll doYou’ll identify and engage institutional prospects including:
- Crypto exchanges.
- Market makers.
- Proprietary trading firms.
- Crypto funds.
- Institutional trading desks.You’ll speak with senior decision-makers including Heads of Risk, CROs, Heads of Trading and Market Structure professionals.Your immediate objective is simple:Get qualified institutions into RiskLoom’s paid 7-day evaluation programme.You’ll work directly with the founder during early-stage sales conversations and receive training on the product, market structure, our evidence and the institutional use cases.We’re looking forYou do not need to be a quant or risk expert on day one.You do need to be:
- Extremely comfortable prospecting and opening conversations.
- Persistent without being spammy.
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Commercially sharp and able to close.
- Fast at learning technical products.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, calls and direct outreach.
- Highly accountable for your own numbers.
- Motivated by performance-based compensation.Experience selling B2B SaaS, FinTech, crypto, trading technology, financial services or institutional products is highly desirable.Existing relationships within crypto exchanges, market makers, funds or trading firms would be a major advantage.CompensationThis role has a modest base salary with unusually strong performance-based upside.You will earn commission for successfully closing paid evaluations, with additional commission for customers that convert into ongoing RiskLoom subscriptions.We pay for results.
