قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Description:Insight Global is seeking a Training Program Manager / Instructional Design Consultant for a top client in the utility and technical operations space. This individual will lead a high-priority knowledge capture and training development initiative focused on documenting critical operational knowledge and building scalable training programs for a highly technical workforce. The Training Program Manager will partner with engineers, operators, leadership teams, and subject matter experts to identify training gaps, organize role-based learning paths, and create structured curriculum frameworks that support long-term knowledge transfer and employee development. This person will drive the project from discovery through implementation, managing timelines, stakeholder engagement, and training roadmap development while ensuring operational knowledge is captured, prioritized, and transformed into sustainable learning programs.Day-to-Day:Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to document operational processes, workflows, and critical job responsibilitiesConduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and working meetings across multiple teamsReview existing training materials and Job Task Analyses (JTAs) to identify training gaps and prioritiesDevelop role-based learning paths and curriculum frameworksCreate and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and training roadmapsOrganize and structure knowledge management and training documentation initiativesTranslate complex technical information into training recommendations and curriculum plansCollaborate with leadership to prioritize training and knowledge transfer effortsMust-Haves:5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Training Program Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related fieldExperience building training programs, onboarding programs, knowledge management initiatives, or learning curriculums from the ground upExperience conducting interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activitiesExperience developing project plans, training roadmaps, and process documentationExperience working independently and driving projects within ambiguous or evolving environmentsNice-to-Haves:Experience within utilities, energy, engineering, power systems, industrial operations, or other technical environmentsExperience supporting engineering or technical operations organizationsKnowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principlesExperience developing eLearning content, video-based training, or digital learning assetsConsulting, organizational development, or change management experienceFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)PMP, ATD, CPTD, or related certificationsExperience leading knowledge management or workforce development initiatives within technical organizations
