Work with SMEs and teammates to determine root cause and create solutions that drive optimal performance. Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and create high quality learning deliverables on time or early. Identify roadblocks and raise risks with potential solutions. Act with a sense of urgency and ownership in a collaborative team environment. Apply adult learning principles and training strategies to break down complex advanced property claims skills into digestible topics to accelerate performance using a variety of tools and approaches to satisfy the learning, performance, and business needs. Emphasis on rapid prototyping and lean effective solutions that drive meaningful, measurable results.
