The company focuses on delivering durable, high-performance hydration solutions that meet the needs of active individuals and families in diverse environments.Role Description The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging learning materials that help customers, partners, and internal teams understand and use Zug Jug products effectively. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs assessments, designing training curricula, developing digital and print learning assets (such as guides, tutorials, and videos), and structuring content for learning management systems or other delivery platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer support teams to translate technical product features into user-friendly training content and ongoing education programs. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, self-directed work, and the ability to manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.Qualifications Ability to perform Needs Analysis to identify learner requirements, performance gaps, and training objectives.Strong Instructional Design and Curriculum Development skills to create structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.Experience in Training & Development, including facilitation support, learning interventions, and program evaluation.Knowledge of Learning Management concepts and platforms to organize, deliver, and track training content.Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product information.Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and standard office productivity software.Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience designing product training, customer education, or technical learning materials is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
