The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience with Articulate 360 in learning and development. They must possess a strong knowledge of adult learning theory and demonstrate an ability to translate complex content into clear, understandable material. Additionally, experience using Camtasia is required.Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the Enterprise Supply Chain, (ESC) Learning and Development team. The contingent worker’s prime responsibilities will be to develop engaging training that helps achieve ESC goals and meet key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Develop and designs courses for web-based and instructor led trainingDesign learning materials based on defined learning outcomesFormulate knowledge checks and theory assessments to evaluate effective knowledgetransferCreate supporting materials such as videos, to reinforce trainingAssess audience learning needs and knowledge gapsCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture training requirements anddevelop course content

Requirements

Expertise using Articulate 360 software suite of products to create web-based training, including Rise and Storyline.Experience working with Camtasia software is preferred.Experience drafting content and developing graphics and videos per SME feedback.Knowledge of adult learning theoryAbility to adapt by using training framework and approachProject management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointFamiliarity with procurement, supply chain, or risk management a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum five-year instructional design experienceFamiliarity with ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy methodologyMust provide two samples of work from Instructional Design portfolio.Must complete practical assessment if selected to move forward in the interview process.
