Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer/Sr Instructional Designer Location: Noida (On-site) / Hyderabad (Initially Remote; should be open to working from the Hyderabad office)​Employment Type: Full-Time | In-House​Experience: 5–8 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate learning and instructional design and should have worked with US-based companies or directly with US clients. Key Responsibilities ∙Design engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate learners. ∙Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, assessments, and other instructional design deliverables. ∙Work closely with SMEs, eLearning Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders. ∙Analyze content and convert complex information into clear, learner-friendly training materials. ∙Ensure learning solutions align with client requirements, learning objectives, and industry standards. ∙Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders. ∙Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines. ∙Communicate and collaborate with US-based clients/stakeholders as required. Requirements ∙6–8 years of experience in corporate Instructional Design. ∙Experience working with US-based companies or directly with US clients is required. ∙Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. ∙Hands-on experience creating storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, and training content. ∙Experience with corporate training/eLearning projects. ∙Strong written and verbal communication skills. ∙Excellent analytical, research, and content-development skills. ∙Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. ∙Flexible to work in India and US hours based on project requirements.
