Instructional Designer

We’re looking for an Instructional Designer with 5+ years of experience to help lead the instructional design process and establish best practices for the next phase of learning and development work.This role will support learning journeys for both individual contributors and managers/people leaders, with approximately 75% Instructional Design, 10–15% Facilitation, and the remainder focused on project support.What you’ll do:Design modular and phased learning journeys and blended learning experiencesApply adult learning theory and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAMCreate experiential learning experiences that allow learners to practice new skillsDevelop facilitation materials and deliver engaging learning sessionsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop learning solutionsUse AI and innovative approaches to accelerate learning design and developmentDevelop metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s modelManage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detailWhat we’re looking for:5+ years of instructional design experienceStrong knowledge of instructional design and adult learningFacilitation experienceStrong stakeholder collaboration and communication skillsExperience with Cornerstone and/or Articulate 360Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual conferencing platformsCreative, innovative, and comfortable bringing new ideas to the tablePortfolio requiredNice to have:People leadership or management experienceTalent acquisition or talent management backgroundGamification experienceExperience using AI to create learning solutionsExperience with LinkedIn Learning
