Instructional Designer – eLearning

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Instructional Systems Designer with strong experience in eLearning development, instructional design and LMS-based learning content.Security Clearance: Active Secret-level security clearance required

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and learning materials.Work with SMEs, clients and stakeholders to identify learning needs.Create course structures, storyboards, learning objectives and assessments.Develop SCORM-compliant eLearning content using modern authoring tools.Manage and publish learning content through LMS platforms such as Moodle.Evaluate learner performance and improve course content based on feedback.Support workshops, training activities and professional development programs.Research and recommend new learning technologies and instructional methods.

Requirements

Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training Development or a related field.3+ years of eLearning / Instructional Design experience within the last 5 years.Experience with eLearning authoring tools, SCORM and LMS.Strong experience in storyboarding, assessments and course development.Good communication skills with SMEs, clients and stakeholders.Portfolio showing previous eLearning projects is required.
