Do you like tackling complex processes and breaking them down into clear, manageable steps? Are you detail-oriented and comfortable quickly getting up to speed on new topics? We're looking for a Learning & Development professional with a strong background in instructional design to help us create clear, effective learning experiences.You'll focus on transforming existing training modules, helping drive meaningful improvements while ensuring they align with the team's broader training curriculum. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is a great fit for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and confidently moves projects forward.What You'll Be Doing Convert existing self-paced training modules into a comprehensive instructor-led training program Partner with subject matter experts to reorganize, refine, and improve existing training content Develop trainer guides and supporting materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, practice activities, and other learning resources Review existing content to identify process gaps, outdated screenshots, inconsistencies, and other opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to the team Use the team's internal knowledge base (Confluence) to research, develop, and validate training contentRequirementsWhat We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related Learning & Development field Experience developing clear, accessible documentation and learning content for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience creating training materials, such as facilitator guides, presentations, practice activities, or other learning resources Strong written, analytical and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Ability to quickly learn complex topics, synthesize information, and communicate it clearly to othersBenefitsBefits to be discussed during the interview process
