Instructional Systems Designer - eLearning & LMS

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Instructional Systems Designer with strong expertise in eLearning development, instructional design, SCORM content, and LMS-based learning solutions.The role involves designing engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, developing structured course content, and managing learning materials through LMS platforms.Security Clearance: Active Secret-Level Security Clearance RequiredKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop engaging eLearning courses and digital learning materials.Work with SMEs, clients, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements.Develop learning objectives, course structures, storyboards, assessments, and instructional content.Create SCORM-compliant eLearning content using modern authoring tools.Publish, manage, and maintain learning content through LMS platforms such as Moodle.Evaluate learner performance and use feedback to improve course effectiveness.Support training workshops, learning programs, and professional development initiatives.Research and recommend emerging learning technologies and instructional methodologies.Ensure learning content meets quality, usability, accessibility, and instructional standards.Required Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Instructional Design, Education, Training Development, or a related field.3+ years of eLearning / Instructional Design experience within the last 5 years.Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, SCORM, and LMS platforms.Strong experience in storyboarding, learning objectives, assessments, and course development.Experience working with SMEs, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Portfolio demonstrating previous eLearning projects is required.
