Instructor 3D Printing Energy Sector

We are seeking highly qualified Instructors to develop and deliver a specialized training course on 3D Printing (Additive Manufacturing) and its applications within the Energy Sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals of localizing advanced technologies and building a resilient, sovereign industrial base .Your Role:You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive training program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. Your instruction will focus on how 3D printing is transforming the energy industry—from producing high-performance components like pump impellers and heat exchangers to enhancing supply chain agility and reducing reliance on overseas suppliers .Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction on additive manufacturing processes (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS, and metal DMP/L-PBF) .Develop and implement course materials with a specific focus on energy sector applications (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemicals) .Provide hands-on training, guiding participants in design for additive manufacturing (DfAM), 3D modeling (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and using slicing software .Teach best practices for selecting appropriate materials (polymers, composites, metals) for specific industrial applications .Train participants on machine configuration, maintenance, and quality control standards .Mentor local engineering talent, contributing to the development of a skilled Saudi workforce in advanced manufacturing .Qualifications & Requirements (Essential):Experience: Minimum of+7 years of professional experience in additive manufacturing or a related field (mechanical engineering, industrial technology) .Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of 3D printing hardware, software, and post-processing techniques. Experience with industry applications (engineering, prototyping) is a must .
