Through its I-KIT collaborative framework, PADMANABH Innovations aims to build resilient, innovative thinkers prepared for complex real-life scenarios.Role Description The Instructor will design and deliver engaging learning sessions that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in line with PADMANABH Innovations’ collaborative learning philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curriculum and lesson plans, facilitating interactive classes, guiding learners through real-life case studies, and assessing learner progress using clear evaluation criteria. The Instructor will provide mentorship, encourage learning from failure, and foster scientific temperament and intellectual curiosity among participants. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a combination of on-site teaching and designated work-from-home tasks such as lesson preparation, grading, and content development. The Instructor will also collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching methods, contribute to program development, and participate in academic and community outreach activities.Qualifications Ability to design and deliver learner-centered curriculum and experiential learning activities, including case studies and project-based work.Strong facilitation and classroom management skills, with a focus on creating inclusive, collaborative, and respectful learning environments.Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving, and the ability to model these skills for learners.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and encourage open dialogue.Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including effective use of digital tools for remote instruction, content creation, and learner support.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, science, engineering, social sciences, or a related field; teaching or training experience is highly beneficial.Commitment to non-discriminatory, gender-neutral, and learner-centered practices, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.Experience with innovative pedagogies, such as design thinking, inquiry-based learning, or problem-based learning, is an advantage.
