The team is committed to genuine, ethical, and transparent services, clearly distinguishing itself from agencies that prioritize sales over integrity.Role Description The Instructor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Instructor will deliver high-quality training sessions for standardized tests (such as IELTS, GRE, SAT, GMAT, TOEFL, and Duolingo) and language/soft skills programs using structured lesson plans and interactive teaching methods. Responsibilities include assessing learner needs, preparing instructional materials, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, evaluating student performance through assignments and mock tests, and providing constructive feedback. The Instructor will maintain accurate records of learner progress, collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching methodologies, and participate in workshops or meetings to stay updated on exam formats and best practices. The role may also involve supporting study abroad counselling activities by guiding learners on academic readiness and communication skills required for international education.Qualifications Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and manage diverse classroom groups.Proficiency in English language instruction; knowledge of exam patterns and preparation strategies for tests such as IELTS, GRE, SAT, GMAT, TOEFL, or Duolingo.Experience in soft skills training, including communication, presentation skills, and confidence-building for academic and professional settings.Ability to design lesson plans, create practice materials, and use assessments to track learner progress and adapt instruction.Comfort with using digital tools (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to enhance classroom engagement.Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach that supports diverse backgrounds and learning styles.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications or exam-specific trainer credentials are an advantage.Prior experience as an instructor or trainer in test preparation, language training, or study abroad coaching is preferred.Commitment to ethical counselling and high-quality education services aligned with the organization’s values.
