The Instructor will deliver engaging English language and IELTS preparation lessons, following the academy’s curriculum and adapting materials to meet diverse learner needs. Daily tasks include planning lessons, conducting classes, administering and reviewing mock tests, and providing individualized feedback to help learners improve their skills. The Instructor will monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and materials. The role also involves supporting learners with study strategies, exam techniques, and confidence-building activities in a professional classroom environment.QualificationsStrong English language proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.Experience in teaching English or IELTS preparation, with the ability to design and deliver structured lessons.Skills in learner assessment, feedback provision, and progress tracking through tests, assignments, and mock exams.Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse learner groups.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is an advantage.Comfort with using digital tools and educational platforms to supplement in-person instruction.Demonstrated commitment to learner success, continuous professional development, and ethical, inclusive teaching practices.
