Your opportunityKaplan is a world leader in Professional Education and is currently experiencing rapid growth in the MENA region. In supporting this growth, we are seeking to hire an experienced Fulltime instructor, with industry certifications and expert knowledge in CFA. The role is based in UAE region.Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Trainer include but are not limited to:Delivering consistently high-quality lectures, both in a live classroom environment as well as online (recorded sessions)Suggesting and designing new courses that are appropriate for the marketDeveloping or manage development of course content (slides, questions, case studies, etc.) for the various coursesOther responsibilities include:Liaise with the operations team on the scheduling of the courseAssist the sales and marketing team when requiredWriting the content for all the marketing collateral needed to launch the course e.g. website, emailers, brochures etc.Marketing of courses by preparing and delivering presentations to potential corporate clientsCounselling students before they join any courseMentoring students during the courseRemaining always current in his/her disciplineEssential SkillsA strong urge for working with and helping people; must be a people’s personAbility to explain difficult concepts quickly and clearlyExcellent spoken and written English language skillsAbility to take ownership of a task from start to finishCheerful and positive attitude.
