Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced F-16 Crew Chief Instructor to deliver formal theoretical and practical technical training to aviation maintenance personnel.The role will be responsible for delivering approved training programmes, conducting examinations and assessments, supporting the development and continuous improvement of training materials, and ensuring accurate training records are maintained within the Learning Management System (LMS). Location: United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:Deliver authorized technical training courses in accordance with approved course and training plans.Deliver F-16 Crew Chief maintenance training covering relevant aircraft maintenance activities, inspections, troubleshooting, and launch and recovery operations.Prepare training materials and resources required for effective course delivery.Develop question banks and conduct, assess and mark examinations and individual assessments.Develop practical case studies and training scenarios.Review and update course materials and curricula to maintain technical accuracy and relevance.Support the development of training manuals, classroom materials and other instructional content.Collaborate with Course Developers, Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Training Standards & Compliance teams.Maintain accurate and timely training documentation within the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS).Ensure training activities comply with applicable safety, quality and environmental management requirements. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in an aviation-related discipline.Aviation Instructor certification preferredMinimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an Instructor preferredDemonstrated experience as an F-16 Crew Chief Instructor idealStrong practical knowledge of F-16 aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and launch and recovery operations.Relevant training certifications, including Methods of Instruction, Course Design & Development and Training Analysis.Knowledge of the UAE Systems Approach to Training (SAT), including Quality Standards and Compliance advantageousExperience developing, delivering and assessing technical aviation training.Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems; Oracle LMS experience is preferred.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
