This part-time, fully remote role is suited to a technically capable professional who can analyze equipment information, support maintenance planning, review technical documentation, and coordinate effectively with field and engineering teams.The successful candidate will contribute to equipment reliability and help ensure instrumentation-related issues are identified, documented, and addressed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport inspection, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.Review instrument readings, technical information, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.Assist with calibration planning and verification of measurement and control equipment.Identify potential instrumentation faults and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for instrumentation assets.Coordinate with engineers, maintenance teams, contractors, and operations personnel.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, test results, and equipment status.Review technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and instrumentation documentation.Assist with equipment commissioning, upgrades, modifications, and technical improvement projects.Promote safe working practices and ensure assigned activities follow established procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.3+ years of experience in instrumentation, industrial maintenance, electrical controls, automation, or a related field is preferred.Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, measurement systems, and control equipment.Knowledge of calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.Familiarity with technical drawings, equipment manuals, maintenance records, and engineering documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to technical detail.Comfortable using maintenance systems, spreadsheets, digital documentation, and remote collaboration tools.Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with technical and operational teams.Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and work independently.Safety-conscious, reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high technical standards.What We OfferFlexible part-time working arrangements within a remote environment.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities to support diverse instrumentation and technical improvement projects.Exposure to engineering, maintenance, automation, and operational teams.Professional development opportunities across instrumentation and industrial technology.A collaborative culture focused on safety, reliability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
